Murray Kleiner Associates, Inc. is a consulting firm providing technical writing services for all businesses with special emphasis on engineering, manufacturing, and IT. We develop user-friendly documentation for all levels ranging from engineers, scientists, and technicians to individuals with little or no technical experience. We create fully illustrated user, service, and training manuals for hardware and software applications. Computer-based-training is also an important part of our services and includes interactive multimedia simulations—ideal for classroom and self-instruction and for offline training of complex or hazardous equipment. The company’s founder and president, Murray Kleiner, has an electrical engineering background and is experienced in hardware and software development and integration. Some of the equipment and processes for which we developed documentation include: medical electronics, heating systems, industrial induction generators, power supplies, product testing equipment, traffic systems, hazardous leak detection equipment, network protector relays, electro-optical equipment, ion beam deposition processes, and fiber optic extrusion processes.
