Check the site regularly and use  the LICN Data Update Form and/or the Skills Matrix Update Form. to submit new information or make changes.  New members should read other members entries to see examples.  The directory format is:

• your name and credentials: title FirstName middle_initial ( Nickname ) LastName, list of credentials.
(the Nickname is strictly optional as are title, middle_initial and list of credentials).  If supplied, the Nickname will be used in place of the FirstName in the skills matrix and in the index of names on the web page.
• business name:
• address: (include city, NY and zip+4)
• phone info: (maximum of three, identified as "Voice:", "Fax:" or "Voice/Fax:" or "Pager:" or "Cell:". It is your company (office) address and phone numbers that will be listed in the directory.
  
• Email: (an email address is now required for all LICN members.) This will be published on your directory listing and in the LICN Contact Information
  
• You may also supply two more email address that will be private, used only to send out information to all members and to notify you of requests for consulting services.  Your public address will be used for those mailing lists if you don't supply separate email addresses.
  
• URL: (leave blank if you don't have one)
• a short list of keywords: (these are NOT limited to those on the skills matrix).
• a business description. Keep the description of your business to 150 words or less. The length restriction insures compatibility with the hardcopy directory.  Check the printed directory.  Maximum vertical space is 4.75 inches.
