Subject: Minutes Feb. 4, 2009

Forgot to count heads. Eleven members voted on a motion to send out 6 postcard mailings 
over 12 months soliciting replies to?a website with a counter. Motion passed 10 to 1. 
Terry Stratoudakis volunteered to set up the website.

There are enough postcards for another mailing before we start the new series with the 
reply-to website.

We know of one business lead from the postcards.

There were suggestions that we write articles to get more recognition. As Newsletter Editor, 
I would appreciate some contributions.

We have $13750 in Treasury to cover postcard mailings and other expenses.

     Feb. - Sam Sadinsky

     March - Jack Lubowsky

     April - John Dunn

Chris Early is working on improving the resolution of the ad artwork.

We voted to make Bob Bruce an honorary member because of his many years of service to IEEE.

Future meetings were discussed. One possibility is a speaker on investments.

Main event: Richard Isaac of Legend Development Services, Inc. speaking on our perennial 
problem of how to get more business. Discussion was rather lively.
