Attendance was 33 or 34 total including 15 or 16 guests.

Telephone referral volunteers:
September - Martin Kanner
October - John Liguori
November - Murray Kleiner
December - Dave Rost

Treasurer Dave Rost reported $6372 in the bank.

The presentation at the November meeting will be on negotiating.

We will elect new officers at the December meeting. Stu Senator asked for volunteers 
to the Nominating Committee. Peter Buitenkant volunteered.

Irwin Weitman asked for volunteers to call potential instructors (for PE continuing education?)

John Peterson reccommended that we vote for Charles Rubenstein for Region 1 
Delegate-Elect/Director-Elect.

Attendees introduced themselves to the group.

Andrew Haimes described monetary and service contributions to help the victims of Hurricane 
Katrina and the affected state PE societies.

Andrew Haimes presented a continuing education lecture on "Engineering and the Law". 
Certificates were given to those PE's who had registered.
